Speaker Bio:
Hans Leida is a Principal and Consulting Actuary with Milliman, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has consulted to the full gamut of healthcare risk-bearing entities in the U.S., including insurers, managed care plans, healthcare providers, government health programs, and employers. A prolific author and presenter on healthcare risks and financing, Hans has been quoted in the media on a variety of topics by publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg Businessweek, and Modern Healthcare, and his work was cited by the chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in a majority opinion related to healthcare reform (King v. Burwell).
