About the speaker:
Josh Taub is the Director of CAS Exams at The Infinite Actuary, where he teaches both basic and advanced ratemaking and has helped over 8,000 students globally prepare for their exams. With over 20 years of actuarial experience, Josh built the claims actuarial analytics team at Farmers Insurance and worked in product management for both personal and commercial lines. He later served as VP of Product & Pricing and Chief Actuary at insurtech startup Swyfft, where he helped develop homeowners and commercial package products priced using only a property address. Josh frequently speaks at actuarial events on professionalism and AI in insurance and currently serves as the Current Member Vice Chair for the CAS Professionalism Education Working Group. He is a two-time recipient of the CAS Above & Beyond Achievement Award and has been published in Carrier Management and Property/Casualty 360.
